API Change Log for VETtrak 20.3.x

Version 20.3.1.0 for VETtrak 20.3.0 - 13/10/2020

  1. Fixed an error calling GetUnitsForEnrolmentIncludingLinked.
  2. Added support for credit terms. Adding clients and employers will now apply default credit terms. When adding invoices, the invoicee's credit terms will now be applied to the invoice and be used to calculate the due date.

Small functionality improvements.

Note: The extra parameter added to RecordPaymentForInvoice may be a breaking change for you, depending on your SOAP client.

  • VerifyAward: Finds a single award by client name and parchment number, for verification.

Modify functions

  • RecordPaymentForInvoice: A new parameter recordedDate has been added, to allow the payment date to be specified. If left null, today is used as per previous functionality.

      • OutcomeName: The name of the AVETMISS outcome for the enrolled unit.
