Enhancements
- Bookings now show on the my courses page.
- If an employer is attached to an occurrence show a link at the class details page.
- Now showing all students events under the student->Events tab (including other staff in enabled in security) rather than just non-enrolment events

- Firebird character set fix
- Fix QR attendance was pointing at the custom attendance present and absent types
- Fixed a style issue with the help(?) symbols on tabs
- Notification only working where email notification was enabled.
