Must be running VETtrak version 18.3.x. or higher.
Event Wizard
As from VETtrak 18.3 the way Events are available to the Student and Trainer Portals has changed. In VETtrak Configuration on the Events tab:
In the Event Wizard's - second screen, you get to specify availability in web portals. The Student portal only has the ability to view, whilst the Trainer portal you may specify the ability to Add in addition to view the event type:
Note: By default the student portal has view access granted to all existing event types.
