If you require to cancel a DebitSuccess Payment Plan, you can do so by right-clicking an invoice that has a Payment Plan associated with it, and select Cancel payment plan:
A message will display confirming that you wish to cancel this within DebitSuccess:
Press Yes to complete the process.
