You can retrieve the outcomes of your A2E assessments within VETtrak, by navigating to the Utility menu, and selecting Download A2E assessment results:
This will display the Download A2E Assessment Results wizard, which provides you the filter option of specifying a Completed since date - otherwise simply press Download assessment results:
The wizard will populate with any retrieved results. Once an item has appeared in this way, it is now saved in VETtrak.
The assessment record will update against the clients A2E assessment heading under their Enrolment, displaying date information regarding when it was complete, and a Gold/Silver/Bronze ranking based on the outcome of the survey:
