Must be running VETtrak version 18.2.x. or higher.
Clients in the Waitlist
Client's who have been wait listed for a Programme will now see an entry on the Student Portal dashboard showing the Programme name and date when the wait list entry was made. Where an Enrolment (Occurrence) has been entered in the wait list entry, the student will also see a preferred date and Occurrence short code under the Programme name.
Student Portal Waitlist Security Entity
This feature may be switched off by using the VETtrak Security manager and removing the View setting in the Enrolments category for the Waitlist entry.
