Troubleshooting: A course (programme or occurrence) is not displaying in VETenrol

This type of issue can have a number of causes.

In the case of a newly created course, please try the following:

  • Double-check the occurrence has been published for online enrolments.

  • Close your web browser, including all tabs and windows, then try again.

If the course was displaying previously:

  • Check there are still vacancies for the course.

  • Check the enrolment close date has not passed.
