To cancel an existing Ezidebit payment plan, right-click on the invoice the plan is associated with, and select Cancel Ezidebit payment plan.
NOTE: If the payment plan email has already been sent to the invoicee, cancelling the payment plan in VETtrak will NOT stop the invoicee from setting up the payment plan with Ezidebit. Normally you would only cancel an Ezidebit Payment Plan in VETtrak if you are certain that the invoicee is not going to go ahead with the payment plan.
