If you tick the box at the end of the Setup Ezidebit Payment Plan Wizard, the Email Template Wizard will open with:
- The invoice attached (if you selected "Attach invoice to eDDR email" in the Ezidebit preferences.
- The invoicee already selected as the recipient, and
- The appropriate email template selected.
You can then continue as per the normal procedure for sending a template email, moving on to the next page to view the payment plan information merged into the email.
NOTE: If you wish to resend an email for a payment plan that was previously set up, right-click on the invoice and select
Edit/resend Ezidebit payment plan. You can then click through the wizard again, ensuring the Email Ezidebit eDDR form box is ticked on the last page of the wizard. You can only do this if the invoicee has not yet confirmed their Ezidebit account, as the form can only be used to create a new Ezidebit account.
