Dashboard Overview
- Current shows the number of current accreditations.
- Expiring shows the number of current accreditations that are due to expire within the next two months (a date range spanning two months in advance of the current date).
- Expired shows the number of accreditations that expired within the last two months (a date range spanning two months prior to the current date).
Each of the categories for the Accreditations overview can be clicked to open full details for that category. These will open a new page.
Current Accreditations
Current Accreditations offers the following features:
will download the records into a csv file that can be opened in most spreadsheets (eg. Microsoft Excel).- The
icon will show a menu for you to toggle the display of some table columns. Items that are unticked in the menu will be hidden. This will not affect the download output, which ignores these selections to include all available columns. - The sort icon (
) beside Trainees indicates the column can be sorted. Click the icon or column name to toggle between ascending and descending and the list will be ordered according to trainee surname.
Expiring Accreditations
Expiring Accreditations offers the following features:
will download the records into a csv file that can be opened in most spreadsheets (eg. Microsoft Excel).- The date range
can be clicked to display a calendar to change the dates.
Use the calendar to select the date range by first clicking on a start date and then an end date.The date range can also be entered manually, either in the field containing the full date range or in the individual date boxes.
However the dates are adjusted, the Apply button must be clicked or any change will be lost. - The
icon will show a menu for you to toggle the display of some table columns. Items that are unticked in the menu will be hidden. This will not affect the download output, which ignores these selections to include all available columns. - The sort icon (
