Within VETembark you can easily view a list of Agencies, with the opportunity to then view the Agents and Work Items associated with them.
Agencies are accessed under the Organisation Management area, accessed on the left-hand side of the VETembark window:
This will then list your agencies:
You can quickly view the agents associated with an agency in this area by clicking in the white area of an agency within the list:
From this page users can then clicking on the name of an agency to display a new window with all agent work items under that agency:
Adding an Agency
In the top left, access the Quick Create menu, and select Add Agency:
This will display the Create New Agency window:
Within this area, fill in the following information:
- Enter a Name for this Agency (required) - This agency name will need to be unique within your VETtrak Employer entries
- Nominate a relevant Email address for the Agency (required)
- Enter a Mobile for the Agency if applicable
- Serviced countries allows you to designate what global areas are relevant to this agency. Drop down this area to display a searchable list box, and tick the required items:
Once these fields have been satisfactorily populated, press Continue to progress.
The next section of the window will ask for Address Details for the agency:
At the very top of the wizard, toggle whether you require to input an Australia address, or an International address. Enter the details required.
Pressing Save Changes will then push the Agency through to VETtrak.
The newly created Agency is now accessible from both VETembark and VETtrak!
