Dashboard Overview
- In Progress shows the number of current work placements.
- Upcoming shows the number of work placements that will start in the next month (a date range spanning a month in advance of the current date).
- Completed shows the number of placements finished during the last month (a date range spanning a month prior to the current date).
Each of the categories for the Work Placements overview can be clicked to open full details for that category. These will open a new page.
Current Placements
Current Placements offers the following features:
will download the records into a csv file that can be opened in most spreadsheets (eg. Microsoft Excel).- The
icon will show a menu for you to toggle the display of some table columns. Items that are unticked in the menu will be hidden. This will not affect the download output, which ignores these selections to include all available columns. - The sort icon (
) beside Trainees indicates the column can be sorted. Click the icon or column name to toggle between ascending and descending and the list will be ordered according to trainee surname.
