Server Error
404 - File or directory not found.
The 404 error most commonly occurs when trying to view a survey with a Dropdown question that has incorrectly entered Values.
Check any Dropdown question types in the Survey you are trying to view. The Values field must contain:
- Each answer is numbered, and separated with an equals symbol.
- Each answer (or choice) must be on a new line.
