Process: Creating a New Agent

Managers can create new Agents within VETembark.

In the top left, access the Quick Create menu, and select Add Agent: 

This will display the Create New Agent window:

Within this area, fill in the following information:

  1. Enter a Given Name for this Agent
  2. Enter a Surname for this Agent (required)
  3. Nominate a relevant Email address for the Agent (required)
  4. Enter a Date of Birth
  5. Enter a Mobile for the Agent if applicable
  6. Select Agency allows you to designate what Agency this agent is associated with.  (required)
    Drop down this area to display a searchable list box, and tick the required items:

Once these fields have been satisfactorily populated, press Save Changes to create this Agent.

Once the details have been saved, a confirmation window will display:

You can then view the created agent within the User/Contact Management area of VETembark, under the Agents tab:
