Troubleshooting: I can log into VETtrak with a certain user (eg. vettrak/trakker), but if I try to logon to the API with the same username/password, the login fails

Check the obvious things first, like:

• The API is pointing to the same database as VETtrak is

If these are okay, the problem could also happen if another user (that is, client or employer) has the same username as the user logging in.
