Troubleshooting: I can create web enrolments through the API, but they don't appear in the Process Web Enrolments screen

Check that the API and VETtrak are using the same database, and (especially in the case of SQL Server) logging onto the database as the same user. We've seen this issue where a SQL Server database had two copies of the WEB tables (each set with a different owner), and the API and VETtrak were logging in with different users, thus they saw different versions of the tables.
