Updates to reflect functionality introduced in VETtrak version 17.1.0.
Support for gender "X" (Indeterminate/Intersex/Unspecified) has been added. This gender can be used when retrieving, creating or updating clients, and web clients. This value is also available in the Gender field when using the additional data functions.
A client or web client can now be given a special USI of "INTOFF" to indicate that they have an international offshore student exemption, or a special USI of "SHORT" to indicate that they have a short course exemption.
