In order to issue QVault digital credentials within VETtrak, you must first configure connection details within your VETtrak system.
This is configured alongside your Organisation information in the Configuration Manager.
Note: Existing customers will need to contact their Account Manager to request this feature be enabled for their VETtrak account.
To open the Configuration Manager, choose Manage > Configuration from the menu, or click theicon on the toolbar or from the Dashboard.
Within here, locate the Organisation heading and expand it to see your Organisation Name - Right click this item and choose Configure QVault:
This will display the Configure QVault Wizard:
In this area, configure the following details by using the Paste button on the right-hand side:
- The QVault API key ID
- API Authorisation Token
- Optional: Earning Criteria
Note: The description of the Earning Criteria selected will be shown against issued QVault certificates in Learning Vault
These details are found by logging into your QVault account via the QVault website.
Once you have entered these details, press Test Connection to make sure the details are correct - a message like the following should display:
Press Next and Save to record this information for use.
This completes the set up of QVault Digital Credentials within VETtrak.
