To issue Learning Vault (Formerly QVault) Digital Certificates within VETtrak, you must first configure the connection details within your VETtrak system.
This is configured alongside your Organisation information in the Configuration Manager.
Note: Existing/New customers will need to contact their VETtrak Account Manager to request this feature be enabled for their VETtrak account.
To open the Configuration Manager, choose Manage > Configuration from the menu, or click theicon on the toolbar or from the Dashboard.
Within here, locate the Organisation heading and expand it to see your Organisation Name - Right click this item and choose Configure QVault:
This will display the Configure QVault Wizard:
In this area, configure the following details by using the Paste button on the right-hand side:
- The QVault API key ID
- API Authorisation Token
- Optional: Earning Criteria
Note: The description of the Earning Criteria selected will be shown against issued QVault certificates in Learning Vault
These details are found by logging into your Learning Vault account via the Learning Vault website; once you have been provided your PAT (Personal Access Token User) by the Learning Vault team.
If you are a legacy user and do not have access to the Learning Vault PAT user or Learning Vault dashboard please contact the Learning Vault support team at Support@learningvault.com.
Once you have entered these details, press Test Connection to make sure the details are correct - a message like the following should display:
Press Next and Save to record this information for use.
This completes the set-up of Learning Vault (Formerly QVault) Digital Certificates within VETtrak.
