Choose File > Global Preferences.
General preferences are displayed when Global preferences opens. Then choose the Invoice tab:
The preferences are:
- Print invoices by default
- Print receipts by default
- Require ledger codes for pricing items
- Default location for payments
Print invoices by default
This setting controls the default state of the Print invoice after creation checkbox for the Finish step of the Invoice Wizard.
The checkbox can still be ticked or unticked manually.
Print receipts by default
This setting controls the default state of the Print receipt for payment checkbox for the Finish step of the Payment Wizard.
The checkbox can still be ticked or unticked manually.
Require ledger codes for pricing items
If this is ticked, VETtrak will require a ledger code to be selected for every Enrolment Pricing Item.
Default location for payments
This preference, if set, will preselect the Location in the Payment Wizard.
The Location can still be changed.
