AVETMISS Errors Victoria - NAT00020 Delivery Location

The NAT00020 file contains the address details for the locations where you deliver your training. Almost all of these errors can be fixed by confirming the details in the appropriate Location Wizard and Suburb Wizard (both found in Manage > Configuration) are valid, and that the Suburbs, Postcodes and country codes are valid (a good check is to look them up at auspost.com.au/postcode).

If you utilise the Report Employer as Location in AVETMISS checkbox within a client enrolment, you may need to investigate the Enrolment Employer to solve an issue.

Incorrect Suburb records can be amended through the Suburb Wizard. Once these records have been changed, you'll need to manually edit the Suburb/City/Town field against the Location record for the changes to take effect.
