Updated Right Click Reports

Enrolment Task Results

1. Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
2. New Columns. Added columns Task Status, Date of Status Change, Start Date, Due Date and Comments to display more task level information.

Qualification Manager\Units in Package\Enrolled Clients Report

1. Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
2. Title Changes. Updated the column titles to align with other standard report titles for similar values and added the client code to the client column.

Staff Unit Report

1. Inactive Units. Units that have 'this unit/module is inactive' ticked in the Unit Wizard will now be shown at the bottom of the unit list under a heading 'Inactive Units'.

ASQA Reports\ASQA/VRQA Student Records Report

1. Delivery Location Postcode. A new column titled Delivery Location Postcode has been added to display the enrolled unit's location postcode.

Certificate Reports\Certificate SSR Style 1

1. Editable text prior to merge element. All merge text elements now allow users to enter text prior to the merge field.
2. New Text and Image Elements. Added text and image elements to allow for more merge fields to be added, dual signatures and text. These will start as hidden fields until they have their visible option ticked.

1. Card Type. Added a Card Type column to display the card type chosen when recording a credit card payment type.
2. Credit Card Gateway Columns. Added Order No and RRN columns to display the information stored when using an online credit card gateway to pay invoices.

1. Individual Filter. Added a filter to allow filtering on an individual client contract or enrolment.

Victorian Reports\Student Contact Hours Report

1. Status Filter. Added a status filter to filter on the enrolment status.
2. Display Logic and Field List Page. Added an option to display the logic used behind the report along with a list of the fields and where they are drawn from in VETtrak.
