Updated Right Click Reports

Occurrence Invoice Summary Report

  1. Amount Paid. The Amount Paid column will now exclude adjustment amounts.
  2. Amount Adjusted. Added a column to display the adjustment amounts.
  3. Outstanding Amount. Added an Outstanding Amount total to the bottom of the report.

Statement of Fees

  1. Jobs and Skills WA Category. New options have been added to the Jobs and Skills WA Category drop down for WA enrolments. Targeted Fee Relief has been added as this option appears under the section 6.6.1 in the VET Fees and Charges Policy 2020 document.

    Fee For Service and Not Applicable allow appropriate options for non-funded enrolments.
  2. QLD Enrolments. As per the Collection of Student Contribution Fees section in the Pre-qualified Supplier Audit Evidence Requirements document QLD enrolments are required to show the rate of student contribution fee.

    To meet this requirement QLD enrolments will now use the Vic Statement of Fees template as it also meets the QLD requirements.

 

Updated Standard Reports

ASQA Reports\ASQA Delivery Data Summary Report by Qualification

  1. Award Type Filter. Added an Award Type filter to filter on the awards counted in the Number of AQF Qualifications column. If this filter is not used then certificate and statement awards are counted.
  2. Reportability Option Filter. Added a Reportability Option filter to filter on the reportability option in both enrolments and award records.
  3. Principal Delivery Mode. Updated the logic of this column to include Delivery Modes (2018). Previously this only included Delivery Type (2017).
  4. New Columns. Added Funding Source, National Funding Source, Location, Location Suburb, Location State and Delivery Modes (2018) column to the client breakdown shown when ticking the Show Client Names box on run.

ASQA Reports\ASQA Delivery Data Summary Report by Unit

  1. Reportability Option Filter. Added a Reportability Option filter to filter on the reportability option of enrolled units.
  2. Principal Delivery Mode. Updated the logic of this column to include Delivery Modes (2018). Previously this only included Delivery Type (2017).
  3. Delivery Modes (2018). Added a Delivery Modes (2018) column to the client breakdown shown when ticking the Show Client Names box on run.

Class Reports\Class Roll Report

  1. Signatures. Added an option to display the signatures passed into VETtrak from the Trainer Portal. There is an option to show the client, trainer and/or endorsement signatures. The text 'Staff Member' has been replaced with 'Trainer' to complement this change.

Enrolment Reports\Enrolment Export Report

  1. Reportability Option Filter. Added a Reportability Option Filter.
  2. Qualification Filter Optimisation. Optimised the time it takes to load the qualification filter.

Financial Reports\Aged Receivables Report

  1. Outstanding Days Calculation. Added an option to choose whether to calculate the outstanding days on invoice date or invoice due date.
  2. Enrolments to Include. Added a filter option to show contract, non-contract or occurrence enrolments.

  1. Payment Plans. Added an option to include only invoices on a current external payment plan.

  4. New Columns. The Last Payment and Last Adjustment Date columns have been added to this report.
