1. Bug Fix. Fixed a bug that would cause the totals not to display.

1. Column Label Changes. Due to updates to Tasmanian government reporting 4 columns have been relabelled to a more generic label as they no longer only relate to Victoria.
   'VIC - Course Commencement Date' relabelled to 'Program Commencement Date' and 'Yes, training is being provided under VET Student Loan', 'Program Enrolment Status' and 'Program Enrolment Identifier' have all had 'VIC' removed from their titles.
2. Query Update. An update to the back end of the report to capture the program enrolment information for Victoria and Tasmania more accurately has been applied.
