New Standard Reports
Security\User Entry Report
This report can only be accessed through the Security Manager (Manage - Security) of VETtrak. Displays records in VETtrak that a user has Added or Edited. Key information will display for each type of record.
Updated Right Click Reports
Security\Users Report
- Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
- Student Portal Role Exclusion. Only staff members who have access to a role other than the Student Portal will be included. Previously clients who were not staff but had access to the Student Portal were included.
- Current Status. The Current Status field now includes more information about how the session was logged out.
Staff Reports\Events for Staff Member
- Bug Fix. A bug that caused the report to display nothing when run from the future/past event nodes without a date range has been fixed.
Training Plan
- Enrolment Dates. The enrolment Start Date and Finish Date has been added to the top of the report.

- Last Payment Date. A new column to display the Last Payment Date has been added.
Invoice Reports\Invoice Schedule Report
- Payment Due Date. A column to display the Payment Due Date has been added.
Self Service Reports
Certificate Reports\Certificate SSR Style 1
Designed to be used for completion of a full qualification.
- The award must be a certificate award type
- If qualification streams are used the reported qualification code is displayed and the stream qualification name is displayed
Certificate Reports\Record of Results SSR Style 1
Designed to be used for completion of a full qualification.
- The award must be a certificate award type
- Units must have completed result types such as competent, credit transfer or RPL
- If qualification streams are used the reported qualification code is displayed and the stream qualification name is displayed
- Result type codes are displayed, if you see nothing in this column go to Manage - Configuration - Results Types to see your list of result types then right click and edit your result type to enter a value into the Code field.
Statement Reports\Statement of Attainment No Qual SSR Style 1
Designed to be used when a set of units have been completed but not in partial completion of a qualification.
- The award must be a statement award type
- Units must have completed result types such as competent, credit transfer or RPL

Designed to be used for partial completion of a qualification.
- The award must be a statement award type
- Units must have completed result types such as competent, credit transfer or RPL
- If qualification streams are used the reported qualification code is displayed and the stream qualification name is displayed
Statement Reports\Statement of Attainment Single Unit SSR Style 1
Designed to be used for partial completion of a qualification.
- The award must be a statement award type
- Units must have completed result types such as competent, credit transfer or RPL
Other Award Reports\Statement of Attendance SSR Style 1
Designed to be used for non accredited training when a student participates in a short course.
- The award must be another award type
- must be awarded from an occurrence enrolment in order to display the programme name
