This error indicates that you have a Client with an Australian address and you are using one of the following National Funding Sources within an Enrolment.

• International Onshore Client - Other Revenue (31)
• International Offshore Client - Other Revenue (32)

Solution

To amend this, you will need to find the client in the Client Manager, right click on the Personal node, select Edit Personal Information and check Usual and Postal Addresses are Overseas on the Address page, as shown below;

Checking these 2 boxes will ensure that you are reporting an OSPC Postcode and a State of 99 in your NAT00080 and NAT00085 files for your International client.
