Category Changes

The Export Reports category has been removed and Client Reports and Employer Reports categories have been added.

New Right Click Reports

Client Manager\Personal\Show Attendance QR Code

This report is run from the right click menu 'Show Attendance QR Code' on the Personal node within the client manager.  This will display the client name and code and a QR code which can be used to scan and record attendance in the Trainer Portal.

Client Manager\Waitlisted Programmes\Show Waitlist Letter Report

This report is run from the right click menu 'Show Waitlist Letter Report' on a waitlist entry under the Waitlisted Programmes node within the client manager.  This will display an offer letter similar to the confirmation letter.

New Standard Reports

Client Reports\Client QR Code Report

Displays a list of clients in a standard card size template containing a QR code. Includes client name, code and QR code. This QR code is designed to be printed and scanned to record attendance in the Trainer Portal.

Updated Standard Reports

Enrolment Reports\Enrolment Result Export Report

1. VIC - Fee Waiver. A new column has been added to display the Fee Waiver as selected in the enrolment wizard for state reportable Victorian enrolments.

Unit Reports\Enrolment Units Data Dump Report

1. Exclude Archived/Inactive Filters. Added check boxes above the filter options that can have archived/inactive records to exclude these from the selections. These will be checked by default.
2. New Filters. Added new filters for Groups, Employers and Locations.
3. Unit Release Number. A new column has been added to display the Release number of the unit.
4. VIC - Fee Waiver. A new column has been added to display the Fee Waiver as selected in the Edit AVETMISS Values Wizard for state reportable Victorian enrolments.
5. Assessment Modes. A new Assessment Modes column has been added to display the new Assessment Modes added in VETtrak version 18.3.

1. Group Filter. Added a group filter to allow users to filter on client groups.

1. New Filters. Added a Location Filter to allow users to filter on Enrolled Unit Locations.

Client Enrolment Report

1. Unit Code Width. Increased the width of the Unit Code column to allow unit codes with a longer code to fit onto a single line.

Confirmation Report

1. Special Details. The Special Details will now be excluded when the programme description starts with '<html>'. This is to avoid this field showing when the programme description field is being used for VETenrol.

File Notes Report

1. File Notes. The header will now stretch when there is too much information to fit onto 2 lines.

Client Manager\Personal Information Report

1. Content Rearranged. Rearranged the content in this report so that the notes appear around of the report.

Qualification Manager\Units of Competency in Qualification Report

1. New Columns. Two new columns have been added to display the Status and Release Number recorded against a Unit.

Qualification Manager\Units of Competency in Training Package Report

1. New Columns. Two new columns have been added to display the Status and Release Number recorded against a Unit.

Security Manager\Role Report

1. Progress Portal Users. This report will now list the users of Progress Portal roles using the role selected in the Employer Contact Wizard.
2. Progress Portal User Employer. If run on a Progress Portal role the user's employer will be shown.
3. Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.

Training Plan Report

1. New Columns. Two new columns have been added to show the Number of Enrolled Unit Hours against the Unit and the Cluster assigned to the Unit.
2. Modified Columns. The Assessment Mode Column will now pull through the Assessment Modes from the Configuration Manager and the Trainer(s) field will list all the Staff assigned to the Contract or Enrolment.
