ASQA Reports\ASQA Delivery Data Summary Report by Qualification
This report is designed to capture the data from the Table A in the Delivery Data Summary tab of the T1.2 Delivery Data and Student Survey Data template supplied by ASQA to RTO's during an audit.
The method used to capture data in this report is outlined in a Report Logic and Field List Page which can be viewed as an option when running this report.
This report includes an option to show a breakdown of the numbers by ticking the 'Show Client Names' option.

This is designed to capture the data from the Student Survey Data tab of the T1.2 Delivery Data and Student Survey Data template supplied by ASQA to RTO's during an audit.
The method used to capture data in this report is outlined a Report Logic and Field List Page which can be viewed as an option when running this report.
Upstream Reports\Upstream Barcode Report by Enrolment
This report lets you generate cover sheets for client enrolments. These cover sheets contain a QR Code that can be used for referencing a client when scanning the document(s) and uploading them to a third party document provider, such as Upstream. The Barcode in this report will read the UNIT_CODE portion of the barcode as 'Administraion Documents' which Upstream will recognise as an enrolment level document.
New Right Click Reports
Client Manager\Show IPG Report
This report is run from the right click menu 'Show IPG Report' on the 'Individual Pathway Guide' node under the 'Foundation Skills' tree within the client manager. This report will display individual pathway guide and stage information. This report is only available to customers who have the Foundation Skills add-on.
Configuration Manager\Show External Systems Report
This report is run from the right click menu 'Show External Systems Report' on the 'External Systems' node within the configuration manager. This report will display a list of external systems entered under this node. Includes Name, Code, Default, Active, and Description.
Configuration Manager\Show Foundation Skills Lists Report
This report is run from the right click menu 'Show Foundation Skills Lists Report' on the 'Foundation Skills' node within the configuratoin manager. This report will display a list of all records under this node. This report is only available to customers who have the Foundation Skills add-on.
Enrolment\Show Assessments Report
This report is run from the right click menu 'Show assessment report' on the 'A2E assessments' under a client enorlment. Displays A2E assessment records entered under the A2E assessments node on client enrolments. Includes Rating, Stage, Status, Date Created, Created by, Date Completed, Enrolment ID, Start and End Date, and Qualification Code and Name.
Updated Standard Reports
Export Reports\Client Information Export Report
- External Codes. The existing column 'External Code' has been relabelled to 'Primary External Code' and a new column 'External Codes' has been added to this report. This new column will list all external codes and systems entered against the client.
- Bug Fix. Fixed a bug that would cause the 'Employment - Manager' to show the incorrect client.
Upstream Barcode Reports\Upstream Barcode Report by Unit
- Report Rename. This report has been renamed from 'Upstream Barcode Report' to 'Upstream Barcode Report by Unit' following the addition of the report 'Upstream Barcode Report by Enrolment'.
- Exclude Archived. Exclude archived boxes have been added to the filter options of this report for filters that can have archived options.

Client Manager\Show Personal Information Report
- Bug Fix. Fixed a bug that would cause the manager not to show in an employment record.
Client Manager\Show Childcare Report
- Childcare Arrangements. This report has been updated to account for childcare arrangements.
Client Manager\Show Children Report
- Childcare Arrangements. This report has been updated to account for childcare arrangements.
Show Waitlist Report
- Preferred Occurrence. Waitlisted clients will now be grouped by their preferred occurrence. When this report is run from the waitlist node under an occurrence only waitlisted clients for that occurrence will be shown.
