You can move waitlisted clients to another waitlist if required, by right-clicking on a waitlist and selecting Move clients to another occurrence:
This will show the Move Waitlist Occurrence Wizard:
- Tick the Use column to select the clients to be moved.
- Select the specific new Occurrence waitlist that you wish to move these people to.
Complete the wizard for the selected clients to be moved to the new waitlist.
