Staff Reports\Staff Report by Credentials

Displays staff members broken down by credentials. Displays credential, staff member, status, start date, expiry date and units.

Updated Standard Reports

Enrolment Reports\Enrolment Export Report

1. Units Commenced Column Update. The 'Units Commenced' column has been updated to only count units that have a start date prior to or on the day the report is run. This column will also exclude results with an AVETMISS outcome of 85 or 105 to exclude 'Not yet started' results.
2. Award Filter. An 'Enrolment has an award?' filter option has been added which will filter enrolments with or without an award.

Export Reports\Client Information Export Report

1. New Columns. New columns have been added to display 'Jobactive Provider', 'Jobactive Provider Consultant Contact' and 'Jobactive Provider Site Manager Contact'.

Financial Reports\Aged Receivables Report

1. New Column. Added a column to display the 'Invoice Due' date from the invoice wizard.
2. New Date Range Filter. Added a date option 'Use Invoice Due Date for Invoices' so that the 30-60-90 day check is calculated on the invoice due date rather than the invoice date.
3. New Filters. Added a Client, Employer and Invoices to Include filter.

Progress Reports\Progress Hours Report by Employer

1. Comm Column Update. The 'Comm' column has been updated to only count unit hours for units that have a start date prior to or on the day the report is run. This column will also exclude results with an AVETMISS outcome of 85 or 105 to exclude 'Not yet started' results.
