Updated Standard Reports

Award Reports\Award Numbers Report by Qualification

  1. Date/Year Completed. The column 'Year Completed' has been renamed to 'Date/Year Completed'. For dates prior to 2018 only the year will be displayed and for dates on or after 2018 the full date will be displayed in this column.
  2. Exclude Archived/Inactive Filters. Added check boxes above the filter options that can have archived/inactive records to exclude these from the selections. These will be checked by default.

Enrolment Reports\Enrolment Export Report

  1. New Columns. New columns have been added to display new AVETMISS 8 fields 'Delivery Modes (2018)', 'VIC - Program Enrolment Status' and 'VIC - Program Enrolment Identifier'.
  2. New Filter. A filter for Locations has been added.

Enrolment Reports\Enrolment Numbers Report by Qualification

  1. Bug Fix. Amended a bug in the 'Exclude Archived' option of the qualification filter.

Enrolment Reports\Enrolment Pricing Item Report

  1. New Columns. New columns to display the 'Surchange Amount' and 'Surchange GST' have been added to the excel export side of the report.

Event Reports\Client Event Report

  1. New Column. A new column 'Inherited from Employer Event' has been added to the excel export side of the report. If the event was created as an employee event from an employer event this column will display the name of the employer.
  2. New Column. A new column has been added to the excel export side of the report to display the 'Event Complete Date'. This is the date when the 'Event is complete' box is ticked in the event wizard.

Event Reports\Employer Event Report

  1. Employee Events. An option to display employee events has been added to the report.

Export Reports\ASQA/VRQA Student Records Report

  1. Date/Year Completed. The column 'Qualification Year Completed' has been renamed to 'Qualification Date/Year Completed'. For dates prior to 2018 only the year will be displayed and for dates on or after 2018 the full date will be displayed in this column.

Export Reports\Client Information Export Report

  1. 17.3 Update. Updated the report to run on VETtrak version 17.3.
  2. New/Renamed Columns. New columns have been added and renamed to display the employment records as well a couple of other new client fields. These columns include 'Employment - Employer', 'Employment - Position', 'Employment - Branch', 'Employment Type', 'Employment - Manager', 'Employment - Employee Number', 'Employment - Date Last Assessed', 'Employment - Commence Date', 'Employment - Salary', 'Employment Date Terminated', 'Survey Contact Status' and 'Login Disabled'.
  3. Column Reorder. The columns in this report have been reordered. The dialog page option 'Select Fields to Display' will now list the available columns in order that they will appear in the report.

Export Reports\Employer Information Export Report

  1. 17.3 Update. Updated the report to run on VETtrak version 17.3.
  2. New Column. A new column to display the 'Disable Login' flag has been added.

Staff Reports\Staff Summary Report

  1. Skills. Skills have been added to the report.
  2. Bug Fix. A bug which caused the export side of the report to exclude records has been fixed.
  3. Credential Status Fix. A bug which caused the cancelled status of a credential to display blank has been fixed.

Unit Reports\Enrolment Numbers Report by Unit

  1. Bug Fix. Amended a bug in the 'Exclude Archived' option of the qualification filter.

USI Reports\USI Report by Trainer

  1. Bug Fix. A bug which caused the staff member filter to show an error when used on a MSSQL database has been fixed.

USI Reports\USI Status Data Check Report

  1. Exclude Archived/Inactive Filters. Added check boxes above the filter options that can have archived/inactive records to exclude these from the selections. These will be checked by default.
  2. New Filter. A filter for Locations has been added.

 

Updated Right Click Reports

Client Manager\Show Awards Report

Client Manager\Show Personal Information Report

  1. Employment History. The report has been updated to display multiple employment records when a client has more than 1 employment record.

  1. 17.3 Update. Updated the report to run on VETtrak version 17.3.
    Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.

Employer Manager\Show Employer Details Report

Employer Manager\Show Event Report

  1. Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
  2. Future/Past Events. This report will now display in the header whether the report has been run from the 'Future events' or 'Today and past events' node and will display the future/past events depending on where it has been run from.

Qualification Manager\Show Unit Report for Qualification

  1. Unit Clusters. Updated the report in preparation for an upcoming unit clusters feature.

Show Confirmation Report

  1. Bug Fix. Amended a bug that would cause the classes not to show and and error to appear.


New Right Click Reports

Client Manager\Show Client Capability Report

This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Capabilities' node within the client manager. This will include a list of all capabilities for the client as well as a list of capabilities for the client's position indicating the status of each of the position capabilities for the client. 
Please note that this report is only available through a node included in the Capability add-on.

Client Manager\Show Skills Report

This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Skills' node within the client manager. This will include a list of all skills for the client.


Configuration Manager\Show Employment Type Report

This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Employment Types' node within the configuration manager. This will include a list of all employment types in VETtrak.


Configuration Manager\Positions\Show Capabilities Report

This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Capability Profile' node under the 'Positions' tree within the configuration manager. This will include a list of the capabilities assigned to the position.
Please note that this report is only available through a node included in the Capability add-on.


Configuration Manager\Skills Report

This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Skills' node within the configuration manager. This will include a list of all skills in VETtrak.


Employer Manager\Show Branch Report

This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Branches' node within the employer manager. This will include a list of all branches for the employer.


Show eCAF Progressions Report

This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'eCAF Progressions' node under a VFH/VSL course of study in the client manager. This will include a list of all eCAF Progression records that have been downloaded from the eCAF website.
