Your own organisation's staff members are entered into VETtrak in the same way as Clients. We indicate they are a staff member by ticking the box on the first page of the Client Wizard:
By ticking this box, you can also make use of a unique screen within the Client Wizard that is dedicated to Staff Details:
This is particularly useful if you intend to make use of Using Individual Staff Member Logins for email settings.
In the Client Manager, you can easily tell if a person is a staff member as it is indicated after the Personal node at the top of their tree:
Although you can view Staff Members within the Client Manager, it is more beneficial to view them within the Staff Manager where you can find information specific to staff members.
