Search

Search provides an alternative entry point to the course selection page, where users can enter search term(s) to find courses that interest them. The Search page is very similar to the default page, but replaces the welcome content. Search results are retained if the user clicks one of the result links with the programme details displayed below, however making a selection from the Available Courses will redirect the user to the default page.

The Search page is most suited to cases where there are a high quantity of available programmes.

Only the programme names are searched by default. The option Search individual courses must be ticked for occurrence data to be included in the search.

For example:

If a customer searches for a course code (and qualifications are assigned and set to show for occurrences), the results will be different depending on if the checkbox is ticked:
