Updated Standard Reports
Enrolment Reports\Client Enrolment Report by Qualification
- Bug Fix. A bug that caused the units to duplicate when the 'Show Linked Units' box was unchecked has been fixed.
Enrolment Reports\Client Enrolment Report by Trainer
- Contract Wizard Trainer. Trainers from the contract wizard for contract enrolments are now included.
Progress Reports\Progress Hours Report by Trainer
- Staff Filter Fix. The list of selectable staff members on the staff filter now includes staff members who have been assigned to a unit in the training plan wizard. Previously this would only include staff members who were assigned to the contract/enrolment staff in the contract or enrolment wizard.

Show Invoice
- Invoice Item Order. The invoice will now use the new invoice item ordering features to order the item on the invoice.
Show Occurrence Class Report
- New Columns. New columns have been added to display the class 'Capacity' and the 'Class Type'.
Show Occurrence Class Client Report
- Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
- New Fields. New fields have been added to show the new 'Capacity' field 'Class Type' and class 'Breaks'.
Show Receipt
- Invoice Item Order. The receipt will now use the new invoice item ordering features to order the item on the receipt.
Show Room Report

New Right-click Reports
Print Email
This report is run from a right click menu item under the 'Sent Email' node within the client manager and employer manager. Displays a memo style page of a sent email including all information relating to the sent email.
Show Attendance Reason Report
This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Attendance Reason' node within the configuration manager. This will include a list of all attendance reasons in VETtrak.
Show Children Report
This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Children' node within the client manager. This will include a list of children associated with the client including any childcare entries.
Please note that this report is only available through a node included in the Foundation Skills add-on.
Show Childcare Report
This report is run from a right click menu item under the 'Children' node within the client manager. This will include all childcare entries for the child the report is run for.

Show Class Type Report
This report is run from the right click menu item on the 'Class Types' node within the configuration manager. This will include a list of all class types in VETtrak.
Show Foundation Skills Entitlement Report
This report is run from the right click menu on the 'Foundation Skills' node within the client manager. This will include all foundation skills entitlement records for the client.

Show Goals Report
This report is run from the right click menu on the 'Foundation Skills Goals' node within the configuration manager. This will include a list of all Foundation Skills Categories and Goals.

Show Staff Occurrence Event Report
This report is run from the right click menu on the 'Occurrence Events (linked to staff member)' node within the staff manager. This will show all occurrence events where the staff member is chosen as the staff member within the occurrence event wizard.
