New Standard Reports

Task Reports\Task Report by Trainer

Displays clients and the tasks that they are enrolled in broken down by trainer.  Includes trainer, client, enrolment, task, task status, date of status change, start date, completion date, due date, staff, number of units for task, percent and comments for the task. Includes an option to show task status history records as well as units and results associated with the tasks.

Task Reports\Unit Task Report

Displays clients, the units they are enrolled in and the tasks associated with the unit.  Includes client, enrolment, unit, task, task status, date of status change, start date, completion date, due date, staff, percent and comments for the task.

 

Updated Standard Reports

Enrolment Reports\Client Enrolment Report by Client

  1. Exclude Archived/Inactive Filters. Added check boxes above the filter options that can have archived/inactive records to exclude these from the selections. These will be checked by default.
  2. Linked Units. An option to show linked units has been added and when enabled will display a 'Linked Unit' column to indicate which units are from linked enrolments.

  1. Performance Enhancement. The report has been further optimized to run faster.
  2. Inventory Item Amount. A column 'Inventory Item Amount' has been added to display the total of the inventory items in the contract/enrolment pricing.

Deleted Record Reports\Units of Study Deleted Report

  1. Bug Fix. A bug that caused the report to throw an error when the client who owned the unit of study had also been deleted has now been fixed.
  2. Completion Status. A column to display the unit of study completion status code has now been added.

 

Updated Right-click Reports

Show Enrolment Report

  1. Linked Units. Linked units will now show on this report and will display a 'Linked Unit' column to indicate which units are from linked enrolments.

Show Enrolment Report with Comments and History

  1. Linked Units. Linked units will now show on this report and will display a 'Linked Unit' column to indicate which units are from linked enrolments.

Show Invoice Report

  1. Invoice Item Order. Fixed the order of the items shown on the invoice to match the order that the items are added to the invoice.
  2. Adjustments. Separated the adjustments from the 'Less payments' into a separate line which displays the adjustments separately to the payments, this is consistent with the receipt report. The 'Less adjustments' line will only show when an adjustment has been recorded against the invoice.

Show Training Plan Report

  1. Linked Units. Linked units will now show on this report and will display a 'Linked Unit' column to indicate which units are from linked enrolments.
