New Standard Reports
Task Reports\Task Report
Displays clients and the tasks that they are enrolled in. Includes client, enrolment, task, task status, date of status change, start date, completion date, due date, staff, number of units for task, percent and comments for the task. Includes an option to show task status history records as well as units and results associated with the tasks.
Unit Reports\Enrolment Numbers Report by Unit
Displays the number of enrolments per unit. A breakdown of the different result types are displayed in separate columns. An option to display the breakdown of client records is included to allow the user to see where the numbers are derived from.
Updated Standard Reports
Class Reports\Client Attendance Report
- Attendance Percentage. An attendance percentage has been added to the end of the print friendly report to calcualte the total hours attended against the total hours of all recorded attendance.
Task Reports\Task Report by Programme
- User Entry Columns. Columns 'Completion Date Recorded By', 'Recorded On' and 'Recorded By' have been added to the task history records.
VET Student Loan/VET FEE-HELP Reports\VET Student Loan-VET FEE-HELP Export Report
- New Date Filters. A date filter for 'Unit of Study Completion Date' and 'Course of Study Completion Date' has been added.
New Right-click Reports
Configuration Manager\Show Event Occurrence Report
This report will be run through the new right click menu 'Occurrences with Event' found under the 'Events' tree under a specific event within the 'Configuration Manager'. This report will display occurrence details and details on the event associated with the occurrence.
Updated Right-click Reports
Programme Manager\Show Occurrence Class Report
- Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
- Future/Past Classes. This report will now display in the header whether the report has been run from the 'Future classes' or 'Today and past classes' node and will display the future/past classes depending on where it has been run from.
Programme Manager\Show Occurrence Event Report
- Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
- Future/Past Events. This report will now display in the header whether the report has been run from the 'Future events' or 'Today and past events' node and will display the future/past events depending on where it has been run from.
Show Event Client Report
