QLD Reports\QLD Payment History Report

1. Unit Finish Date Filter. A date range option has been added to filter on the unit finish date to help users more accurately capture when payments were received in the date range.

VET Student Loan/VET FEE-HELP Reports\VET Student Loan/VET FEE-HELP CAN (Bulk)

1. USI. Added the USI to the VSL CAN to satisfy section 100(4)(g) of the VSL Rules 2016 where it states that the student's student identifier should be shown.
2. Provider Registration Code. Changed this field to populate from the 'National RTO ID' in the organisation wizard rather than the 'Provider Code' in the VET Student Loan section of the second page of the oragnisation wizard. The VSL Rules 2016 defines the registration code as having the same meaning as in the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.
3. Provider Name Label Update. Updated the labels next to the provider legal name and trading name to represent more accurately where this information was pulled from.

1. New Columns. New columns have been added for 'Under 18 status' and the two New Zealand check boxes revealed when the client is selected as a New Zealand citizen.

1. New Columns. Two new columns have been added to display whether the 'Exists on training.gov.au' box has been checked and to display the 'Accreditation Expiry Date' if this has been entered for the module.
2. Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.
