It is possible to check your current VETtrak version, as well as if an update is available from several areas within VETtrak, such as the Dashboard screen or from the VETtrak version preference item in Global Preferences.
On the Dashboard details for both the Current version and Latest version available are displayed:
You can also choose File > Global Preferences, and select VETtrak version from the Preference items list.
Details for both the Current version and Latest version available are displayed. The Latest version information will not show until you click the Check web for updates button.
If a minor update is available you will be prompted to download and install the update immediately. Major updates cannot be performed from within VETtrak and instead you will receive a message directing you to the VETtrak website for the download and installation instructions.
