When this preference is set to warning, if you attempt to change the unit start date, the Status column colour indicator will turn yellow. The warning message will advise that the start date is being changed and provide the original start date. It is possible to ignore the warning and complete the wizard.

If the preference is set to error, the status column colour indicator will turn red. The error message will include the original start date. The original start date must be restored in order to complete the wizard.

This preference controls VETtrak's behaviour when recording dates through the Enrolment Results Wizard or Bulk Enrolment Results Wizard. The Days setting specifies how long.

When this preference is set to warning, if you attempt to record a date that falls beyond the set number of days, the Status column colour indicator will turn yellow. The warning message will advise that the date is more than the set number of days ago. It is possible to ignore the warning and complete the wizard.

If the preference is set to error, the status column colour indicator will turn red. The error message will state the date is more than the set number of days ago and you will not be able to complete the wizard.

It will not be possible to proceed to the next step in the wizard until the error is resolved.
