A course (programme or occurrence) is not displaying in VETenrol

This type of issue can have a number of causes.

In the case of a newly created course, please try the following:

  • Double-check the occurrence has been published for online enrolments.
  • Close your web browser, including all tabs and windows, then try again.

If the course was displaying previously:

  • Check there are still vacancies for the course.
  • Check the start date for the occurrence has not passed.


Use the API Summary report in your VETenrol Admin to see what data VETenrol is receiving from VETtrak. For example:

  • If the programme/occurrence is there, look at Exclusions in your VETenrol Admin to see if it has been deliberately hidden.
