To issue digital credentials via VETtrak, you must associate your Badge Templates from Credly’s Acclaim platform to Courses and Qualifications within VETtrak.
Depending on how you wish to assign credentials, there are different methods to do so.
Associating Digital Credentials in Bulk
You can associate credentials in bulk in the Configuration Manager against your Organisation details.
To open the Configuration Manager, choose Manage > Configuration from the menu, or click the
icon on the toolbar or from the Dashboard.
Within here, locate the Organisation heading and expand it to see your Organisation Name - Right click this item and choose Configure digital credentials:
Press Next to skip the connection details page, and view the Badge Template Mapping area.
To make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of your templates from the Acclaim website, press the Refresh template list button (
).
Once this is done, you can begin mapping.
The first option is to map By qualification/course, displaying a list of your VETtrak Qualifications and Courses, with an option on the far right-hand side to drop down and select relevant badge templates:
The second option is to map By badge template. This displays a list of your retrieved Acclaim Badge Templates - the option on the far right-hand side will now drop down to allow you to select relevant Courses and Qualifications for each Badge

Associating Digital Credentials Per Course / Qualification
You can also associate credentials via the Qualification Manager.
To open the Qualification Manager, choose Manage > Qualifications from the menu:
Within here, locate the Qualification or Course you wish map a credential to - Right click this item and choose Map digital credential templates:
This will then show the Map Qualification/Course to Badge Templates Wizard:
To make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of your templates from the Acclaim website, press the Refresh template list button (
).
Tick the relevant badge templates for this Qualification/Course, then press Next and Finish to save the details.
