Digital Credentials can be issued to students in a number of ways.
A student will need a valid email address entered into VETtrak in order to be offered the opportunity to accept a Digital Credential
Issuing Credentials Via an Award
When creating an award for a student, the option to issue a Digital Credential is offered at the end of the Award Wizard:
With this box ticked, the Issue Digital Credentials Wizard will appear:
To make sure you have the most up-to-date versions of your templates from the Acclaim website, press the Refresh template list button ().
Within this area, you can tick the relevant Badge Templates you wish to offer to your student, who will then receive an email to accept the digital credentials.
You can also right-click on an existing award within the software to select Issue digital credentials:

Issuing Credentials in Bulk via Data Insights
Digital Credentials can be issued to a group of students with the Data Insights Manager.
To do this, you must select the Query on option of Award when creating your query:
Set your criteria as you may require, and once you have retrieved a list of students, you can then expand the Action heading and select Issue digital credentials:
An alert will display for any client that is missing an email address - these students will be skipped when offering the credentials, as an email address is required in order for the invitation email to be sent.
This will then display the Issue Digital Credentials Wizard:

Within this area, you can tick the relevant Badge Templates you wish to issue to your students to prompt an email invation to accept the digital credentials.
