The User Management section displays the current VETtrak Users with access to particular VETtrak Products.
Expanding the User Management heading will display the list of Users. To see what roles and divisions a user is assigned to, expand their node, and expand the Roles and Divisions nodes under their name.
You can then expand or right-clicking on items in this area to:
- Assign a User to any number of roles:
- Quickly remove access to a role:
- See what divisions a user has access to:
- Grant or deny a user access to any number of divisions:
To quickly and efficiently manage your VETtrak users, there is a dedicated area under the File menu called Manage Users, which provides an efficient interface to manage these settings away from the Security Manager.
