The NAT00010 file contains details about your training organisation and the AVETMISS software you use. Almost all of these errors can be fixed by confirming the details in the Organisation Wizard (found in Manage > Configuration) match the details recorded on www.training.gov.au.

Error 10003 | The Training Organisation Identifier must match the Training Organisation Identifier (TOID) associated with the user's login details. | If you have multiple Organisations in VETtrak, ensure you are selecting the correct Organisation on the first page of the Generate State AVETMISS Wizard when exporting your AVETMISS files. You will also need to ensure you have logged into SVTS with the matching organisation that you exported the AVETMISS files for in VETtrak. |
Error 10006 | The E-mail address must not contain any spaces and must contain the '@' symbol, which cannot be the first or last character. | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. Confirm the Email is a valid email format and adjust if needed. If you cannot see the issue, you may need to remove the address and re-type manually. |
Error 10011 | The Address First Line must not be blank. | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. You will need to ensure that the Address field has been filled out. |
Error 10012 | Address Location - Suburb, Locality or Town must not be blank. | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. Ensure that the Suburb/City/Town field is filled in. |
Error 10013 | The Contact Name must not be blank. | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. Ensure that the Contact Person (Surname, Given) field is filled out with your Organisation's Contact Person. |
Error 10016 | The Telephone Number must not be blank. | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. Ensure that the Phone Number field has been filled out with a correctly formatted phone number. |
Error 10020 | The Registered Training Organisation must match the Legal name. | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. Ensure that the Legal name has been filled out, and matches the Legal name of your Organisation details as found on training.gov.au |
Error 103705 | Postcode must be a valid Australia Post postcode | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. Ensure that the Postcode matches the postcode listed on auspost.com.au/postcode recorded against the listed Suburb/City/Town. Incorrect Suburb records can be amended through the Suburb Wizard. Once these records have been changed, you'll need to manually edit the Suburb/City/Town field against the Organisation for the changes to take effect. |
Error 104652 | The Address Location - Suburb, Locality or Town must be a valid location on Australia Post records for the reported Postcode | Go to Manage - Configuration - Organisation and right-click on your organisation to access the Organisation Wizard. Ensure that the listed Suburb/City/Town exists on auspost.com.au/postcode. Incorrect Suburb records can be amended through the Suburb Wizard. Once these records have been changed, you'll need to manually edit the Suburb/City/Town field against the Organisation for the changes to take effect. |
