The NAT00060 file contains the details of the units/modules that you deliver. Almost all of these errors that appear during an AVETMISS generation can be fixed by confirming the details in the appropriate Unit Wizard (found in Manage > Qualifications).

Error 60009 | Where a Subject Identifier exists in the master list of subjects that form part of a training package qualification, the Subject Name must match the Subject Name in the master list. | This is usually caused by having inaccurate spelling in your Subject (Unit) Name. You will need to check the Unit/Module Wizard, found in Manage - Qualifications. Ensure that the Unit Code and Name match the details on training.gov.au. |
Error 60010 | If the Subject Identifier is not national (not on TGA master list), then Nominal Hours must not equal '0000'. | You will need to check the Unit/Module Wizard, found in Manage - Qualifications. If the module or unit does not appear on www.training.gov.au, you must enter the nominal hours for the module, using the Multi-state claiming values against Victoria. |
Error 60301 | The Subject Identifier must not contain spaces. | You will need to check the National Code or State Code in the Unit/Module Wizard . Confirm that the Unit/Module Code does not contain any spaces. |
Error 603420 | Subject nominal hours must be between 0000 and 1500. | You will need to check the Hours entered against Vic in the Multi-state claiming values table on the first page of the Unit/Module Wizard. Unit hours are generally found in the Victorian Purchasing Guides. |
