The Queensland government pays different amounts depending on where training is delivered. These amounts are set up under Location loadings. The defaults are:
- Country - 115%
- Remote - 175%
- SE QLD - 100%
These come into effect when calculating fee amounts within an enrolment - based off the Pricing Items in use that may have been created via a Funding Model.
Open the Configuration Manager by choosing Manage > Configuration from the menu. The Configuration Manager displays an alphabetically ordered explorer tree.

- Deleting a Location loading
- Viewing the Location loading report
Adding a new Location loading
- Right-click Location loading and choose Add new Location loading.
This will open the Location Loading Wizard:
- Enter a Name for the Location loading.
- Specify the Loading %.
- Enter a Code for the loading.
- This Location loading is archived indicates if the Location loading should be archived. If ticked, the Location loading will be added/moved to the Archived Location loadings branch.
- Optionally provide a Description for the Location loading.
- Click Next and then Finish.
Editing an existing Location loading
- Expand Location loadings.
- Right-click the type and choose Edit Location loading.
This will open the Location Loading Wizard, where you can make changes.
Deleting a Location loading
- Expand Location loadings.
- Right-click the type and choose Delete Location loading.
- Click Yes when asked to confirm the delete.
If an error occurs, the Location loading has likely been used previously and is included in historical data. In this case, you will need to archive the code to remove it from active use.
Viewing the Location loading report
This report lists the details of all the location loadings.
- Right-click Location loadings and choose Show Location loading report.
The report will be displayed in a new tab/window.
