If you survey clients about where they heard about your services, you can set up the various sources here, and select them when you create enrolments.
Open the Configuration Manager by choosing Manage > Configuration from the menus, or click the icon on the toolbar. The Configuration Manager displays an alphabetically ordered explorer tree.

Adding a new referral source
- Right-click Referral source and choose Add new referral source.
This will open the Referral Wizard:
- Enter a Name for the referral source.
- Optionally, enter a Code for the referral source.
- This referral source is no longer applicable indicates if the referral source should be archived. If ticked, the Referral source will be added/moved to the Archived referral sources branch.
- Optionally, provide a Description for the referral source.
- Click Next and then Finish.
Editing an existing referral source
- Expand Referral sources.
- Right-click the referral and choose Edit referral source.
This will open the Referral Source Wizard, where you can make changes.
Deleting a referral source
- Expand Referral sources.
- Right-click the referral source and choose Delete referral source.
- Click Yes when asked to confirm the delete.
If an error occurs, the Referral source has likely been used previously and is included in historical data. In this case, you will need to archive the code to remove it from active use.
Viewing the referral source report
This report lists the details of all referral sources, including those that have been archived.
- Right-click Referral sources and choose Show referral report.
The report will be displayed in a new tab/window.
