New Features
- Student Portal Notifications
Requiring API Version 22.1 and the occurrence to be auto-processed, a Student Portal notice to users can be added to the confirmation email providing their username for accessing the Student Portal and also triggering a password reset email for newly created clients.
Updates
- Mail Templates: Placeholders for occurrence location.
- Custom Forms
- Versions column now includes current version in the version count.
- Version History page indicates the current form in the list and shows the date created for each version.
- Standard Registration Process (Confirm step): Required indicator (*) for Terms & Conditions agreement checkbox.
Bug Fixes
- Standard:
- Returning participant error for client records with an employer without an address State selected (12/07)
- Error for confirmation email for group participants without a template selected (12/07)
- Typo for Concession/Exemption for Secondary School Studmets.
- Rapid
- Discounting to $0 required payment if a payment gateway was setup and In-person or invoice payment methods were also enabled. (12/07)
- Publish flag ignored for rapid registrations when the force auto-process option is unticked.
- Kalendar: support for iFrame compatibility setting.
- Admin
- Payment Reconciliation report issue where regos saved for later but incomplete and unpaid were being included.
- Diary Entry for Status changes will now show the username associated with the change.
- Formatting issue on the download from Skills First section/email attachment so that it shouldn't break across the page.
