What is the name of the national AVETMISS Reporting Body for Australia?

How are AVETMISS files reported to NCVER?
The NAT files are validated and uploaded through NCVER AVETMISS Validation Software (AVS). You can also use the VETtrak NCVER integration to validate your AVETMISS files through the AVS.
Where can I find more information about NCVER AVETMISS reporting requirements?

Error 4762	Funding Source - national is 31 or 32 therefore Postcode on the Client file must be OSPC. State identifier must also be updated to 99 accordingly.
