Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessments
A new feature has been implemented to support the recording of Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment results that have been completed using external LLN systems. In this release, we are implementing functionality that will enable integration with the following LLN Systems:
Each of these integrations has functionality to support:
- pushing students to the external LLN system, and
- checking for, and downloading of results
We have included some basic LLN reports and new structures into Data Insights to enable reporting of the data.
Occurrence Importer
A basic occurrence importer has been added which can be accessed from the Import section of the Utility menu. The new importer supports occurrence fields and some relationships.
Compliance
Vic
- VIC AVETMISS performance. Some performance improvements have been made to VIC AVETMISS generation when calculating client fees to report.
NSW
- Fee Exemption. An entry has been added for the ‘OS’ code for an outreach officer's engagement for NSW ACE, if it doesn't already exist.
- Provider Calculator Export - PAS number format. The NSW Provider Calculator Export Wizard has been updated to format the PAS Number as 10 digits padding the value with leading 0's as required.
LMS
Unenrol from LMS. When using the unenrol from LMS enrolment menu in VETtrak, the wording of the warning has been modified to make it clearer that proceeding may cause data to be removed from the LMS.
Catapult result transfer - Unit start date. The Catapult results transfer has been modified so that a unit start date will only be modified if the unit's existing start date is empty, or the unit's existing result is blank or Not Yet Started (outcome code 85 or 105).
Finance
Finance integration. Added configurable default values for including new invoices and payments in finance system transfers.
General
Email Template CC/BCC. The positions of the CC and BCC Add buttons have been fixed in the Email Template wizard.
Occurrence Results Wizard. Staff credentials are now being validated when results are assigned in the Occurrence Results Wizard.
2024 Holidays. The holiday calendar has been updated with the 2024 National and State level Public holidays.
Contact email. The support contact email has been updated to "support@vettrak.io".
Importers user access. New permissions have been added in the Security Manager under “VETtrak → Import/Export” to control user access to the Occurrences, Client Events, Classes, and Positions importers.
Enrolment VETenrol menu. A VETenrol submenu has been added to the right-click menu of enrolments that have a VETenrol registration recorded against that record. This menu gives options to view the registration, diary notes, or mail logs in VETenrol.
LLN Assessment FileType. A system-managed FileTrak File Type has been added for LLN Assessment files.
VETtrak Help Pages. Links to the VETtrak help pages have been fixed. From anywhere within VETtrak you can now continue to use the F1 key or the ? button at the top of a wizard or the application to open the VETtrak knowledge base.

- AddUnitsToEnrolment: Adds units to a client occurrence enrolment from the Occurrence.
- DeleteUnitsFromEnrolment: Deletes unresulted units from a Client Enrolment.
Updated functions
- UpdateWebEnrolment - Added vetEnrolRegistrationId parameter allowing a registration identifier for the web enrolment to be recorded. This will be added to the enrolment when it is processed.
- ProcessWebEnrolment- Added support for the "Limit course content access" Moodle configuration setting when automatically transferring processed enrolments to Moodle.
- Fixed an issue that causes a "Data is Null" error when the web enrolment contains a relationship with no client code.

- Admin options to collect Emergency Contact as a client relationship for the standard registration process and Data Completions.
