An Academic Pass, or, AP-70 is an outcome specific to South Australia. It indicates that the Client has completed the theory component of a Unit, but is still yet to demonstrate competency in the workplace. More information can be found in the Result Code 70 and Academic Pass Guiding Principles document available in the Skills SA Toolkit. - How often should I report my data?
According to the AVETMISS Reporting Guideline SA Document, data must be submitted representing the current year's data to date, as listed below- 1st January - 31st March before 7th April
- 1st January - 7th July before 7th July
- 1st January - 30th September before 13th October
- 1st January - 31st December before 31st January in the following Calendar Year

NAT00120 | Outcome reported in NAT00120 record for client with Id {ClientID} and non-accredited subject {SubjectID} is not valid. | When reporting non-accredited training, the only accepted outcomes are 70 (Continuing), 81 (Non-assessable activity - satisfactorily completed), 82 (Non-assessable activity - withdrawn or not satisfactorily completed), 85 (Not Yet Started) or Blank. NAT00130 | The NAT00130 record for the client with Id {ClientID} and program {ProgramID} failed validation. There are duplicate completions for these details in this attempt. | If you record an Award for a Client such as a Statement of Attainment partway through their Enrolment in a Qualification, ensure that you are only reporting the Award indicating the completion of the Qualification. You can check the reportability of an Award by right-clicking the Award in the Programme or Client Manager and selecting Edit Award.
